wanna try this.........



blueberry cheesecake....

nmpak mcm sedap jer...tp possible ke ak bleh wat dgn jaya nyer..kos mcm tnggi jer,....huhuhu...tp its ok utk mngisi msa lpang..mana tau ada bkat...bleh bkak kedai kek sndri....huhu


The ingredients..
The Crust:
2 cups (190 grams) of Digestive biscuits (Blend whole cookies in a food processor
1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated white sugar
1/2 cup (114 grams) unsalted butter, melted
Knead all the ingredients together until they become cookie dough


The Filling:
1 kg Philadelphia cream cheese. (Room temperature)
1 cup (200 grams) castor sugar
3 tablespoons (40 grams) all purpose flour
5 large eggs. (Room temperature
1/3 cup (80 ml) whipping cream
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ teaspoon of salt

Topping:
Canned blueberry paste. Alternatively, you can use strawberry paste.
This is the way it's done..
Grease spring form pan with butter. Make sure that the spring form pan is well greased as cracking can occur if the cheesecake sticks to the sides as it cools

For Base Crust:
Press the cookie dough evenly over the bottom and about 2cm up the sides of the spring form pan. Cover and refrigerate while you make the filling.

For Cheesecake Filling:
In bowl of your electric mixer place the cream cheese, sugar, and flour. Beat on low speed until smooth. Scrape down the bowl as needed. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well (about 30 seconds) after each addition. Scrape the sides of the bowl again. Add the whipping cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract and beat until incorporated. Remove the crust from the refrigerator and pour in the filling.

Now it's time to bake...
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Place the pan in the centre of the oven and lower the oven temperature to 120 degrees Celsius and continue to bake for about another 2 hours. (Away from direct heat as far as possible)

The cheesecake will be firm and only the center of the cheesecake looks a little wet and wobbly. (trust me, it's done) Remove from oven and place on a wire rack.
Let cool before covering with plastic wrap and refrigerating. This cheesecake tastes best after being refrigerated for at least a day.

Final touch...
Brush the sides of the cheesecake with melted chocolate.
Spread the blueberry paste on top of the cheesecake and refrigerate it again for another hour at least. (If the top of your cheesecake still cracks, the blueberry topping will hide them)

another boring day......bngun tdo...tgk tv..mkn...on9....tdo blik...tu ar rutin harian so far...huhu.....xtau nk watper.....td tgk travel n living channel..ada ar 1 program ni pasal food kat negara China......agak tertarik ngn cara diorng
masak.....bayangkan..............

ikan2 yg msih idup n stil begerak (tnpa buang isi perut) diorng msukkn trus dlm kuali panas..pastu + bhan2 rencah.can u imagine btapa tesiksanyer ikan2 tu.....alasan diorng just nk msak msakan yg segar.....kalu ye pun..siang arr dlu ikan tu....still fresh gak what...cma ikan tu dh mti jer..

lg satu diorng msak ayam...ayam yg still idup diorng celupkn dlam air panas utk snang nk cbut bulu...lepas dh togel(myb ayam tu dh lmah coz kna air pnas)..diorng msukkn ayam u tnpa di ptong2(tmsuk isi prut n kpla) dlm mgkuk n msak dlam oven.....mcm tu jer..than mkan...pun alasan nk dptkn kesegaran...huhu.....

pastu diorng msask plak lauk tahu...bkn tahu biasa..tahu yg dh diperam lama2 smpai dh btukar warna hijau ke-hitam2-man.((host tu siap ckp lg yg bau dia bsuk gler)..pastu diorng goreng tahu tu sampai garing n mkan..siap ckap sedap lg...

yg wat ak musykil...msa msak ayam n ikan..berIYA dirng ni nk kn kesegaran...sampai xnk siang aym n ikan tu..tp mkan tahu yg dh busuk (for sure arr x segar) xpe plak.....pelik kan....mcm2 ragam arr diorg ni.....huhuhu...

home sweet home

dh lama abis xzam...tp arini (13.11) bru blik umah....sem break dh start...nk wat pe yer cuti ni....sbnarnya cti sem ni dh plan nk wat part time kt s.alam....tp last minit...my parents x bg plak....mreka sruh ak blik umah....as anak yg mithali..ak pun turuti...wlaupun berat ati coz dh janji ngn member nk keje sma2 msa cti ni..nk kmpul harta...huhuhu....sorry my fren....

actually mreka sruh blik coz sruh ak jd unofficial interior designer 4 our living hall. from cincai2 style into modern style.....huhuhuhu...x sbar gak nk tgk hasil nyer...huhuhuhu....tp lama lg kut nk siap...take time coz bli brang skit2 dlu...tkut lari bujet nnt....biar lmbt asalkn hasilnye memuaskan...evrybdy bg idea msing2 + rujuk home deco magazines n then we will discuss...sronok plak rasanya.... huhu

almost done.....

final sem3 dh nk abis....ada lg 1 paper.....kejap je dh abis 3sem...dh separuh jlan...ada lg 3 sem mendatang....paper soil td......hurmmm....bleh kata susah gak arr soklannyer.....n xckup masa nk jwab...ada soklan yg ak x smpat jwb td....tp xpe arr..pasrah jer...berserah.....pasni tnggal CSC.mcm mana arr result aku sem ni...?hopefully meningkat dri sem lpas(zaman kegelapan)...huhuhuhu...InsyaAllah...
lpas paper td mmg relax abis ar......nk lupakn seketika stdy....dh pnat struggle 4 paper2 sblum ni......lg 2 hari bru smbung stdy CSC......huhuhu.....

2 lagi.......

3 dh berlalu.....2 lg menunggu.......
hopefully can do well....so far alhamdulillah....yg pntng dh usaha yg terbaik....n dh cube jwb yg terbaik...yg lain2 tawakal jer....mlm ni nk start stdy soil plak coz msa dh sntuk gler....tp still got time n never give up...huhuhu
