can u imagine....just tgk gmbr dia tergelak pun,ak dh bleh 'dengar' suara dia dlm tlinga ni...(xtau r kalu dia dh tkar style gelak)..haha

bleh msuk kategori lost cntect gak r....no call (even a miskal), no msg,no komen on FB (even dh add as fren) n etc.haha

mybe i should start it first.....(just type a simple msj tuk tnya khbr)... ntah r...huhu

advice

1 gud advice.....
to loss weight...u need enough sleep....
msa tidor pun ada kalori yg akan di bakar...
tp amount tak bnyk r, +- 50calories....
after tidor 154 hari, dh bleh kurng 1kg
154x50 = 7700calories..hahahaha..
sukasuki je wat kira2 sndri...
nyte,....smoga berjaya membakar kalori2 yg ada di dlm bdan mlm ni...

ps : bakar bnyak2 tau...hahaha

i just found out that
1kg = 7700 calories.....bnyak nyer
kalu nak kurang kn 1kg dlam sminggu....aku kena kurangkan 7700 calories....
kalu 2kg.....lu pikirlah sndri...
hahahaha...mampukah....................

suka tgk kwan2 d skliling mula berubah mnjdi yg lbh baik....
mngkin disebabkan faktor usia yg mkin meningkat mnybabkan timbul kesedaran tu...
