advice

1 gud advice.....
to loss weight...u need enough sleep....
msa tidor pun ada kalori yg akan di bakar...
tp amount tak bnyk r, +- 50calories....
after tidor 154 hari, dh bleh kurng 1kg
154x50 = 7700calories..hahahaha..
sukasuki je wat kira2 sndri...
nyte,....smoga berjaya membakar kalori2 yg ada di dlm bdan mlm ni...

ps : bakar bnyak2 tau...hahaha
